DETAILS AND
SERVICES AVAILABLE UNDER TRI CO-SPONSORSHIP
Co-sponsorship means that your event is
billed as “a project of Theater Residencies, Incorporated” (in small
print while the name of your organization is displayed with full
prominence).
<>Co-sponsorship requires that we set up a fund
in the name of your organization. You put money in the fund
(donations, box-office, and other income), and you spend money from the
fund (theater rental and other
production expenses.) We provide you with one TRI Visa Card in the name
of your principal buyer. Use
of this card facilitates book keeping and more easily assures the
tax-deductibility of your production
expenses. The card may be used for actual production expenses only.
After opening week the card must be
surrendered to TRI. After the show closes, additional charges will be
necessary if Visa bills after closing
reveal additional charges made. The $300 dollar security deposit will
be held until the next Visa bill clears
after the show closes. Whenever requested, TRI will deliver a current
financial report to your production
company. A final report will be delivered as soon as all transactions
are completed. TRI's fee is 10% of the money which you spend, and
we guarantee that we will save you more money than
we charge.
